The photographer moves continuously throughout the property, especially when recording walkthrough videos, making it difficult to avoid items being moved between rooms.

Appointments are also scheduled according to the property size and services booked. Time spent moving belongings reduces the time available for photography and video, so the property must be fully prepared before the photographer arrives.

Cleaning, staging, moving furniture or hiding belongings is not the photographer’s responsibility.

The photographer may adjust minor items when it is necessary and safe to do so, but this is not guaranteed.

Mechanical and furnace rooms, unfinished basements, standard closets and unfinished garages are not normally photographed unless requested in advance.
