We serve the southern part of the GTA.
Roughly a 50km diameter from Yonge-Sheppard where our office is located.

Travel fee:
Anywhere out of the mentioned area will require a travel fee of $1 x distance from Yonge-Sheppard.

According to our statistics, the first impression of the viewer is the cleanness and tidiness of the property.

Regarding to the tours we strongly recommend the followings:

- Remove anything related to pets (we love pets, but some buyers may not).

- Move all the cars off the driveway.- Keep the blinds/curtains open if there's a nice view (photographer will take care of this).

- No garbage bins in front of or besides the property (the best place for garbage bins is inside the garage).

- Huge plants or stuff on the tables may disturb or even block the scene.

- We don’t shoot mechanical/furnace rooms, unfinished basements, closets (except the big walk-ins) and inside of the garage (unless it’s upgraded) or on clients’ demand.

Only 1 person is allowed to be at the property. However, the photographer will move all around the house to take all the necessary shots & for the best quality of tours, it is HIGHLY recommended to vacate the house completely for the photographer.

Not doing so, may result in missed shots (rooms, angles, spaces) and/or having unwanted reflections, shadows and many undesirable footages which the photographer is not responsible for.

Unfortunately no for many reasons:
1. Our method of shooting is walking through the property, which means the photographer will walk from a corner to another continuously recording the footage, which will make impossible to avoid any mess or stuff around and between the rooms.

2. Time: We shoot many properties per day.When you book any package, you’re booking for the size and time of the shooting.
The photographer has certain amount of time to spend on the property and time spent on moving stuff is a wasted time.
It is required that the property must be completely ready to shoot.
This takes us to another FAQ, which is:

3. Will the photographer move stuff?
It is NOT the photographer’s responsibility to clean up mess or move stuff around.
The photographer may move minor stuff ONLY if they find it necessary and safe but they’re not obligated to.

Our admin will give a call to the client if the booking is done within 9:00am-8:00pm every day.
If the booking is done not within working hours, the client will receive a text message regarding the booking time and date and its availability.

When we book you, we reject any other requests for the same date and time.
We kindly and respectfully request 24 hours notice for any cancellation or change in the appointment. Otherwise, not respecting the 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked package.

Property ready to shoot:
The property should be totally ready to shoot before the photographer approaches.
If the photographer arrives and the property is not ready, he/she will give 10-15 minutes to all set done, after 15 minutes we have 2 options:
1. to shoot as is
2. cancel or reschedule, which will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked package.

We reshoot any part of the property for free if it was the photographer’s mistake.

If a reshoot is required by the request of the owner or stager or anyone else, additional charges will apply.

We shoot in almost all weather conditions, However, it is very risky to fly the drone in rainy, snowy or windy conditions.
We encourage booking the appointment according to the weather forecast, especially if you’re booking a drone package.
